Female Operator Skill Development Program – Dumper Operator
Applications are invited for a dedicated Female Operator Skill Development Program for the role of Dumper Operator at a leading mining location in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
Program Highlights:
- 1. Total Seats: 60 (female candidates only)
- 2. Job Role: Dumper Operator
- 3. Training Mode: Residential classroom training + On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- 4. Duration: 121 days (Approx. 4 months)
- 5. Training Location: Waidhan, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh
- 6. Training Start Date: 15th December 2025 (tentative)
- 7. Language Requirement: Must be able to speak and understand Hindi
- 8. License: HMV/LMV license holder will be preffered.
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Female candidates only
Educational Qualification:
Paas out in of the following :
- 1. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics
- 2. OR Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Age Criteria: 20 to 35 years (as on 1st December 2025)
Post-Training Engagement:
Upon successful completion of the training program, all certified candidates will be engaged as Apprentices for one year through an identified outsourced agency, at the same location/mining site.
Certification:
- 1. NCVET/NSQF aligned certificate for 4 months of Short Term Training (STT).
- 2. NAPS aligned certificate for 12 months of Apprenticeship.
Job opportunity:
80% of successfully certified candidates will be offered job opportunity upon program completion, subject to performance, medical fitness, and organizational requirements.
Stipend and Terms & Conditions:
Short-Term Training (STT) – 4 Months
- Stipend: Rs 10,900 per month, totaling Rs 43,600 for 4 months.
- Payment: The total amount will be paid in a lump sum after completion of 1 month of apprenticeship, i.e., approximately 5 months after the start of training.
- Eligibility: Payment is subject to maintaining at least 70% attendance during the training period.
Apprenticeship – 12 Months
- Stipend: Rs 10,900 per month, totaling Rs 1,30,800 for 12 months.
- Payment: The stipend will be paid monthly.
- Eligibility: Monthly payment is subject to maintaining at least 70% attendance.
Training will be considered successfully completed only if:
- The candidate maintains a minimum of 70% attendance during the training period.
- The candidate passes the final assessment conducted at the end of the program of 4 months STT and 12 months of apprenticeship.
Selection process:
Application Submission:
Interested candidates must apply and complete the application form on the SCMS website.
Screening of Applications:
All applications will be reviewed, and eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the screening criteria.
Interview Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview at a location designated by SCMS.
Training Centre Invitation:
Candidates who qualify in the interview will be invited to the Training Centre at Waidhan, Singrauli, M.P.
Medical Fitness Test:
Upon reporting to the Training Centre, a medical fitness test will be conducted. Candidates found medically unfit will not be eligible to proceed.
Final Selection and Enrollment:
Candidates who clear the medical fitness test will be formally enrolled in the training program.
Cost of Training:
- The training program is completely free of cost for all selected candidates.
- However, candidates are required to bear the expenses for the following:
1. Notarized Declaration:
Cost of notarizing the required declaration on a Rs100 stamp paper.
2. Travel, Lodging & Boarding for Counselling/Interviews:
Any travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred during the counselling or interview process.
3. Travel to the Training Centre:
Travel expenses to report to the Training Centre at Waidhan, Singrauli after final selection.
4. Personal Expenses During Training:
Any travel or expenditures made outside the hostel premises during the training period.
5. Optional Medical Tests:
Costs for any additional medical fitness tests undertaken voluntarily for personal assurance (recommended).
6. Driving License Costs:
Any charges related to obtaining an HMV/LMV driving licence.
Additional Information:
- 1. This is a residential program; accommodation will be provided at or near the training location.
- 2. Candidates must be medically fit as per the requirements of the mining sector and equipment operation roles.
- 3. SCMS reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule the program, and to accept or reject applications at its discretion.
- 4. Interested and eligible female candidates are encouraged to apply and build a career in the mining and heavy equipment operations sector as Dumper Operators.

Skill Council for Mining Sector (SCMS), the Funding Agency, and the Training Partner shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury sustained during the training period. However, all selected candidates will be provided with medical and accidental insurance coverage.
