Deepak Mishra

Head Standards & Quality Assurance

Deepak Mishra is an Arts graduate from Lucknow University and Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Institute of Engineering & Rural Technology, Allahabad and engaged with Skill Council for Mining Sector as Head TOT & Affiliations since September 2016.

Prior to this he was engaged with Anant Learning (P) Limited & Premiere Shield (P) Limited as Training and Compliance Manager and had an opportunity to work in all parts of India especially North Eastern states (Tripura and Sikkim).

His past stint also include working with Xerox India Limited as Customer Service Manager/ Business Partner where he was instrumental in increasing the Annual Customer Satisfaction Ratings for his region from 81% to 98% and Bharti Airtel as Regional Training Head/ National Program Manager where he pioneered launch of Airtel DTH and training a large talent pool of +2000.

Madhu Sudan Paliwal

Honorary Advisor-State of Rajasthan

Mr. Paliwal holds Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying, AMIE in Mining Engineering from Calcutta and, MBA in Marketing from IGNOU.

He carries with him 36 years of experience in Department of Mines and Geology, Govt of Rajasthan where he handled many portfolios right from Asstt. Mining Engineer, Mining Engineer, Superintending Mining Engineer, and Additional Director (Mines). During his tenure he was involved in making state policies and rules related to mining. Currently he is rendering his services as an “Advisor” in Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals ltd., Udaipur ( Rajasthan).

Mr. Paliwal also holds Member ship of Institution of Engineers Calcutta and presently appointed as Chairman of Mining Engineers’ Association of India, Hyderabad.

Dr Rath, currently is engaged as Director, Odisha Water Academy, Bhubaneswar and has been a Visiting Professor- Xavier University, Bhubaneswar (XUB) also. Prior to this he has held major portfolio as Director HR & Whole Time Director on Board with Odisha Mining Corporation, Bhubaneswar where he has contributed in HR Transformation, CSR & Sustainability. Besides this, he has also served with Paradeep Phosphates Limited, Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited, Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd and Vedanta Limited - Aluminium & Power Business, Jharsuguda, Orissa, in various capacity and roles.

On academic front, Dr. Rath holds Bachelor of Science -Chemistry, Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, and Doctor of Philosophy n Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Utkal University .

Apoorv Aishwarya

Sr. Manager Curriculum Design & Development

Apoorv Aishwarya is a Graduate in Mining Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology-Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. With + 5 years of experience in Mining Industry, currently he is working as Content Development Manager with SCMS effective 21st September 2020.

Prior to this, he was engaged with HZL-VEDANTA as Mining Engineer from August 2015 to September 2020, where he has gained experience in the functions of Loading & Hauling, Health & Safety, Vocational Training, Simulator Training and Data Management.

Silky Sharma

Manager Affiliations, Assessment & SID

Silky Sharma, a postgraduate in Commerce from C.C.S University, Meerut is associated with SCMS since 7th Aug 2018 as Assistant Manager and looks after Assessment and Certification. She carries over all 8 years of experience including 6 years in the Skill Ecosystem.

Prior to this Silky was engaged with IT-ITeS SSC NASSCOM as Executive Officer from Feb 2014 to Aug 2018.

Sudarshan Bellamkond

Sr. Manager Training Delivery & Industry, State Engagement

Sudarshan Bellamkondi, a postgraduate in Mining Engineering from Golden Valley Institute of Technology-K.G.F-Karnataka. He has total 12 years of work experience in various mining domains such as Open Cast Mine, Underground Mine and Quarries. Where he gained experience in the functions of Manpower Management, Mining Operations such as drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, ore processing, health & safety and data management. Currently he is working as Head Placement and Industry Engagement with SCMS. He worked in NTTF, Bangalore as Master Trainer for their skill development vertical till 2017. Where he gained the experience in functions of Teaching-Learning Process, Curriculum Design, Affiliations and Content Development.

Till joining SCMS he was working as Assistant Professor at Department of Mining Engineering, Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore since 2017. Where he gained the experience in functions of Teaching-Learning Process, Curriculum Design, Affiliations, Content Development, Proctoring & Mentoring.

Sanjeet Kumar

Deputy Manager Finance & Admin

Sanjeet Singh is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and has also done Diploma in Computerized Accounting. With + 10 years of rich experience in Accounting Software’s like Marg, Busy, Tally and SAP ERP etc. he is engaged as an Accountant with SCMS since April 2013.

Prior to this, Sanjeet has served Bharat Rasayan Limited, South India Krishna Oil and Fats Pvt. Ltd. from, January 2011 to March,2013.

Kuldeep Singh

Deputy Manager Multimedia Designer & TOT/TOA

Kuldeep Singh holds Bachelor of Arts & diploma in Animation from Arena Animation. With over 6 years of experience on software's like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, Adobe Premiere, currently he is engaged with SCMS as Graphic Designer effective Aug,2017.

Prior to this, Kuldeep was engaged with Web-India as a Graphic designer from May 2016 to June,2017.
